Oh wow that looks and sounds fantastic. I will be making this as soon as i get some mustard seeds as I have a ton of un ripe avocados right now. I will be adding in some garlic cloves and some fresh dill sprigs as well. Thank you for the recipe as I never would of thought I could pickle avocados.❤ 🥒🥑 😊
