Not very crunchy coz i didn't find buckwheat floor, but they were soft and yummy! I threw in some nuts pieces

Well, I think I added too much liquid (without knowing it) so there's no beautiful cracks like yours, but I love the taste! We often bake buckwheat crepes (galettes) but didn't know we can make cookies!
