Hello Felice, how are you? Yesterday we tried your crepes, I had to add more milk, may be your spoons are bigger than mine, but we really appreciated your idea… today we tried again and I think I arrived to a recipe good for me. Really quick way to have crepes…Thank you 😘 #cooksnap 20/8/23

The only problem was I'm 10 and it was really hard to flip but otherwise it tasted exactly the same as the creaps I had a restaurant I added strawberrys and Nutella

This allowed me to prepare a nice surprise for today's breakfast, thanks! :)Only had whole-wheat flour but turned out great. For the filling I used caramelized apples, honey, and yoghurt.

Still loving this crepe. I made some homemade peach jam and spread it on this batch.....with some sliced up peaches. Thanks for sharing it. Hope you are well.

Another version of a savory chicken crepe. "Stewed" chicken thigh, broccoli, mushrooms and some jarred Alfredo Sauce. The original recipe says you can change up the liquid, which I did today. Half milk and half stock, from cooking the chicken.Love this recipe!!

Didn't change your recipe, at all. Even to using the whisk. I did, however, double it.....had a little bit of cherry preserves I needed to get rid of and found a recipe for blueberry sauce. I spread some blueberry yogurt on it then topped with the blueberries. So, as you see, I ended up with 3. Started out using an 8" pan and then tried out a 10". 10 works better.Even tried two ways, as you see, of serving them......rolled and folded. Think I like rolled better. Thanks again for a really great recipe.

Hey, ma'am. Here's your crepe, this time savory. Used my medium white sauce (SOS), sauteed some white caps and baby bellas.

Not much of a baker. Had no milk, so I used orange fizz water. Had to thin the batter to let it spread in the pan. Filled with cherry fruit spread. Surprisingly good results.
