I just used whatever is available. Sometimes I use a small casserole dish. I'll measure it tomorrow and let you know.

I have no idea. I have never tried it with malt vinegar. I did use apple vinegar with some success, though. Perhaps you should try a small batch first, to be sure?

ok thankyou another question what temperature should tge oven be and is 3/4cup of flour enough?

It is enough. :) This is a small cake, you see. If you want to have a bigger cake, I suggest you triple the recipe. Temperature should be about 200 Celcius degrees.
