This looks amazing. Would another curry powder or garam masala work as a substitute for the National brand chicken curry? (I can't buy it where I live)

Yes try to stay away from curry powder and garam masala. Ahmad brand should be ok. If you use curry masala don't use too much garam masala. 1 tspoon curry powder, add only 1/4 ts of garam masala. Good
