It's good, I eat tahina alot and to try ot in dessert was very interesting, but for my taste I'd prefer to put less Tahina for more dessert taste of icecream.
And for those who hasn't special icecream mixer will be nice to explain in detail a process itself, what first, how to whip a heavy cream and when to add all the rest. Technology is very important.
