Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 poundsheadless large shrimp, peeled
  2. 1 cuphoney
  3. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  4. 6large cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2large lemon, juiced
  6. 4 tbspbutter
  7. Green onions for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and wash shrimp removing the head of you bought them with heads

  2. 2

    Take a small bowl and whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon.

    Take half of the mixture and marinate shrimp for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Take a medium skillet or wok and heat up butter.

  5. 5

    Add shrimp discarding the marinade. Season with salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Cook shrimp on medium heat for about 2 minutes each side.

    Add remaining marinade and pour over shrimp.

  8. 8

    Cook until sauce starts to thicken and coats the shrimp

  9. 9

    Garnish with green onions.

  10. 10

    Serve with side dish and steamed white rice and enjoy!
