I had to come back and say that I had no idea there were so many variations to this recipe! This one is the easiest by far and has always been my go to. I love how you can adjust for taste also. I leave out the cilantro and only use one can of rotel with chilis and another with just plain rotel tomatoes because this suits our taste. Also I halve the recipe without problems if I'm just making it for family. It has always gotten eaten up with no waste.

I have made this recipe w/ 1/4 cup of each balsamic vinegar, sugar, and oil (olive or canola) OR use splenda and applesauce w/ balsamic vinegar.

So easy and yummy! I cut the recipe in half and still had a lot of leftovers! I put some on top of salad and it was great!
