ok so I didn't add onion, but I did add chunky salsa. Also I didnt pour enchilada sauce over before cooking because it makes flour tortillas soggy. instead I sprinkled the cheese on top, baked, heated enchilada sauce and let the family add as much or as little as they wanted...... yummy :)

Love this! However, use much less onion! Also I prefer red enchilada sauce. If you want to use pork it's also delicious.
