Brought this to a party and it disappeared immediately! I would recommend using shredded rotisserie chicken, because chicken out of a can is just wrong...

Bleu cheese can be substitued for the ranch and canned chicken makes the dip taste slightly like tuna..so id recommened real chicken strips, breast..awesome dip..loved by everyyyone in my parts.

I cut up chicken tenderloins into bite size pieces and cooked on stove in butter until I couldnt see any more pink. I used half the cream cheese and added an 8 oz bottle of bleu cheese dressing. I also added a can of rotel original tomatoes! it was amazing!!

For true "BUFFALO" Chicken dip, Ranch is out of the question. That is a southern thing. Use Blue Cheese instead. Makes it authentic! - Bethany G., Buffalo, NY :hungry

I have been making this recipe for years and it is always a huge hit! I often use rotisserie chicken from the deli and always add 1 cups of Franks Red Hot sauce (we like it hot). :ohyeaah I always serve with Frito Scoops and celery!

Took these to a xmas party tonight but instead of dip I put them I took a cupcake pan lined it with.wonton wraps and spooned the dip in them baked them at 375 for 8 minutes and they were perfect bite size. Excellent

Using Oscar Meyer's Southwestern Pre-Cooked chicken is much better. Shred & sautee in butter with Frank's hot sauce until it's heated through. Much better tasting.

We followed the instructions for a serving size of 4 people. The canned chicken was disgusting and I felt like there may have been too much cream cheese. It was also extremely salty. Next time I will try with blue cheese and real chicken.

we made this for a party one weekend and it was huge hit, now my hubby's fire dept makes it all if the time. we used 2cups chedder cheese instead...why not ...it was great !
