Was a little dry I would add some more spices for taste. timing was off for how long to cook chicken mine was completely thawed and still took longer.. It was easy to put together and besides time lapse fairly quick to cook

Not a review just a tweak. I mixed the season into the butter and checked for taste and that was killer. Try mixing all season into a butter spread and rubbing onto chicken for a twist. Honestly this was not a very grate recip... it has potintial though what can we do to fix it? I dont want to hear more secret crap ether... Were here to share cooking love and help eachother deepen our pallets secrets dont help that.

The cook time listed doesn't work for boneless chicken breast...But it tasted great! Just needed to cook a little longer.

chicken is nice bt a overall its a little too dry on its own.. i made a spicy sauce to go wiv it or have it with gravy ;D ..tasted delish! :)also the spice is too mild.. probz goes better wiv prawns or fish.. ok.. wont try again tho -.-

Remember to be polite to other members in the group. We are here to share and everyone has a right to an opinion. Now as for chicken being to dry. It would depend on if the chicken skinless and boneless. The recipe just said says chicken. It is just a thought.

My 5 year old cleared her plate for the 1st time in months! I used oregano because I was out of Italian Seasoning. Has a broiled texture and flavor. Will make this again really soon :-)

I absolutely LOVED this recipe! My kids finished their plates before I even got my plate on the table, then asked for more. The only thing I did differently was marinate the chicken in a little oil with the spices, and replaced garlic powder with some minced garlic & a little garlic salt. I served it with a side of pasta with marinara. Next time I'll have to double the recipe so the kids can have seconds ;)

we tried this but used garlic salt not powder. als2o added pepper bit left out the oregano. added some oil to the bitter. turned out very good. im sure we will have it again.
