This is the first dessert I've ever made. It was so easy it didn't scare me away. I did use coconut milk, and biscuit I was out of flour and added chocolate chips.I love chocolate and coconut mixed together.. It was DELICIOUS!!! :-) A new favorite I can make myself. It did take mine about 1 ,1/2 hours to fully set and cook. It has been extremely hot where I live and I was told that could be why it took mine so long to cook. So worth wait..Thank you for sharing this recipe. :-)

This is exactly what my coconut craving sweet tooth needed. So easy to make and delicious. Much like a chess pie, very sweet and good warm or room temp. :ohyeaah

it was ok, not the best pie I have cooked or tasted. we couldn't really taste the coconut, and te overall flavour wasn't special enought to have another slice. it had so nice reviews that at first I thought I did something wrong, but I followed all the steps and ingredients, so I am not sure about what happened

I tweeked this recipe a bit. I used a can of coconut milk, toasted coconut flakes then sprinkled on top, very good !! [ok]

My 15 yr old daughter made this and it was the best coconut pie I've ever had. Very easy but so very good.
