Very good recipe. I added some taco seasoning, green onions and cilantro. Made this with chicken taquitos. Will be making again, we loved it! :hungry

Delicious, easy to follow directions, and very affordable. I like to add sharp cheddar cheese on top of my Spanish Rice.

I suck at making Mexican rice but this one was so easy and I made it perfectly! it came out soooo good! the ONLY thing I did different was add a little bit more onion powder and added some Comino! This is how I will he making my rice all the time now!
