Great recipe. I used sherry and just regular sugar. Also, I used 1 1/2T cornstarch and added 1/2T of Sriracha for a bit of a kick.

I made this before, I only used chicken broth for water, and Jack Daniels for rice wine ;)

Delicious and super easy! I didn't have the rice wine or the ginger, but it tasted amazing without them. I also had some beef broth to use up so I used that instead of the water. Thank you for the recipe, I will definitely be making this again! :D
