I used 1 8oz bag of each shredded cheese, sharp cheddar, mexican blend and mozzarella. I used small shells instead of macaroni and I used almost all the ricotta! Dynamite

Not as creamy as it sounds, but I used 8oz cream cheese and it was a lot better. I also got adventurous and added garlic powder and dill weed to the main part, and also used Italian-style bread crumbs with the parmesan on top.

Used 16oz tub of spinach dip & 1 can quartered artichoke hearts. Best Mac& Cheese I've ever had!
