Bacon feta stuffed chicken

Bekahbay @cook_2733440
Used monetary jack cheese cause I didn't have feta and added sauteed onions. Used turkey bacon instead and it was delicious.

our local grocery store has a tomato basil and herb feta. highly recommend! :chef

Absolutely delicious!! I kept everything pretty simple, although I made the tomatoes more saucey and added some onion and garlic as well as some herbs and let it simmer for a while, while I prepped the chicken. Amazingly good and simple recipe that even beginners can follow.

Good flavor but the texture was not my favorite. Maybe breadcrumbs and do it almost like a cordon bleu chicken.

Fantastic recipe! husband doesn't really like chicken breast because it's dry but the outcome of this chicken turned out very moist. I added sour cream like the others and it was great!!

Simple to make & delicious! I added a slice of deli ham in with the feta & bacon. My husband & I liked this a lot!

kind of changed it a bit. took feta, fresh basil, bacon, chili peppers and combined them in the processor and stuffed the chicken and baked for an hour...pretty darn good.

Made this tonight for my family! I used italian seasoning on breast and then cooked it in italian dressing...yum! So tender and my family loved it. Even left the table with new ideas!! Thank-You!! :excited

I changed it a bit. I used thin chicken breast and placed
Bacon, feta and spinach on them, rolled them up and secured with toothpick. Topped with fire roasted tomatoes and served with roasted asparagus. It was fantastic. Will make again and again.

Made this for dinner & like always I over cooked my chicken a little. I cooked it in the oven. Other than the over cooked chicken (which was my fault) it was really good. I didn't think my husband & kids were going to like it because of the feta cheese but they ate it up. Easier to make than I thought. Thank you

This was a big winner. My chicken breasts were a little small, so I pounded them out flat before stuffing. I also added black olives to the sauce, and used fresh basil from garden. Prosciutto rapped asparagus for the side. We will definitely have this one again.

I do a similar recipe for pork tenderloin. Instead of cooking entirely on the stove top (which does make it easy to overcook and end up with rubber chicken) brown the chicken then finish in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees) - your chicken will come out moist and tender ask the time
