Good descriptions for it being my first time. Used times since I didn't have a thermometer. Turned out great but I may use more pb next time :-)

My fudge is cooling now and it looks alright, but I think I must have gone off track somewhere. I used the thermometer but before my fudge had even cooled down to 110° I was getting nervous because it looked pretty hard. When it came time to beat it I tried stirring it but it was very thick so I reheated it on the stove top just on low and added a bit of water and pb. Once it heated up a bit and was more smooth I put it in the pan and swirled in some melted white chocolate. It doesn't look as good as most of these pictures but I'm hoping it will turn out because I am giving it to my dad on fathers day!
