These were good!! Relax people...they're not "authentic" nor does the recipe creator claim that. Heaven forbid we find different ways of making something ...it's called variation, sheesh :annoyed

Sounds good. Have tried something similar before. It don't matter if you're "Latino",white, black, or green just try new recipes, review it if you want and shut up! :evilgrin

These were quick and delicious. Restaurant quality! A little spicy for my two year old but I loved them. Sour Cream on the side is perfect!

I dont use all those I use one seasoning an it tastes great. I also add cilantro and green onion as well as jalepeno. gives it full flavor. I was always curious how other people made theirs. ill try urs one day. thx for the share

FYI people, every person and family has their own ways of making the same dish. I know a lot of REAL Mexican women (as someone put it) that use Herdez salsa when cooking instead of making it. also you can put oil or butter on a tortilla and bake it, comes out crispy and healthier than frying. I like to spray Pam on things and oven fry. thank you for your recipe, it looks tasty.
