Pretty darn scrumptious! I did add fresh cilantro to the chicken mix. I also could not find white queso in the can so I substituted it with Classico Cheesy Alfredo sauce... we all loved it!! (L)

I used the Mexican velveeta instead of white queso and it turned out amazing! my husband doesn't like enchiladas BC his mother made them so much when he was a kid and they were dry. these were perfect and moist and he even took leftovers for lunch today!!! thanks for the great recipe!!!

Please be more specific on the size of cans, and how many cups of cheese to use. There is several sizes out there! But looks good though! ~(o.o)~

I made these and they were good. Next time I think I may let out the queso cheese sauce and use extra enchilada sauce.

This was ok. I used a green ench sauce, which I dont normally use. I Also perfer corn torts, but they kept falling apart on me, so i used flour. Any sug. as to why they were ripping and falling apart?

pretty good but next time I will put the enchiladas in the oven for awhile before putting the cheese on.to make them a little bit crispy. they were mushy. and I won't use so much cheese either
