I took some of the reviews on this recipe an tweaked it more... Added Tacos Bell taco seasoning and the Tacos Bell salsa mild also kept in the velveta cheese n bacon all together in the ground beef....Mexican cheese blend on bottom of crust then layered it with meat mix then a layer of sour cream them another layer of cheese......i layed flour out on counter it made it a lot easier to roll...everye body loved this so much i made it two days in a back-to-back

loved the recipe!!! I made a ketchup mustard type sauce, spread it over the crust, and added bread and butter pickles to the mix :) was so good and can't wait to make it again!

Great recipe! Next time I would cut up lettuce, tomato, and onion and serve over the top. My kids finished their plates :-)

This was very very good! It was somewhat hard to roll up but turned out great!! I added extra bacon and I topped with shredded cheese about 5 minutes before done. A hit with my whole family...no leftovers!!!

was very good, my kids enjoyed it, although i think next time i will try adding taco seasoning to my hamburger, i also tweaked it a little and used taco shredded cheese instead of velveeta, i cooked half of it in with the meat then put the other half on top. i also used pizza sauce and pepperoni, i left it seem side because i couldnt flip it!

Made it tonight! The family LOVES it! Added more bacon to the hamburger and it was yummy! Will definitely make this again :-) (To save time I used PB pre-made pizza crust found next to the biscuits and cookie dough in the grocery store)

My family loves it. I have picky eaters & even they liked it. For those having trouble with the dough, I used the canned dough & it was much easier to work with.

Easily a family favorite. I just changed the crust out for Grand's Flaky Biscuits. Flatten them out, pile in a decent amount (3 to 5 spoonfulls), fold the corners in, place folded side down, cook about 15 minutes at 350. Same great taste, no mess, and portable!
