I did make some variations (corn instead of g beans, and cram of onion soup instead of nacho), and scaled the recipe for 1 lb beef in a 9x9 dish. This came out excellent! Exactly what i was looking for- simple and delicious! Even my (almost) 2 year old ate it!

Quick and easy. It was good. Needed a little more seasoning. Couldn't find nacho fiesta soup. Used Cheddar cheese soup instead. Next time I'm using cream of mushroom instead of golden mushroom. I'm going to add onion and sour cream next time.
