I used thighs, reg potatoes skinned, fresh tomatoes, and onions cut in large pieces. It was very tender. I also cooked it for only an hour with five pieces of chicken

Can you use red potatoes instead of can potatoes. And do you have to use the can tomatoes?

I made this for my husbands birthday, it was very easy to make and came out delish! The only thing I changed was I used the Del Monte diced tomatoes that are seasoned with Basil and Oregano. Definitely going to make this again!
