Seared for 3mins in pan w/ canola oil, salt pepper, garlic powder, baked in oven @350 for 25-30mins w/brown sugar, cinnamon sugar, and melted butter sauce for a delicious turn out! :chef

i think ill lessen the cinnamon a tad next time but they were a hit! i seared in a skillet then baked on 325 for 30min then did a quik low broil at the end.. also used thin boneless chops. yummy :ohyeaah

These were great chops. What an awesome recipe. Cut back on the cinnamon by one teaspoon and that was just right. Did them on a panini grill. So juicy. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
