authentic Indian chicken curry

Will definitely make again! Flavors were well balanced. I used coconut oil, and may opt for chicken broth instead of water next time.

I put too much live yoghurt. made it a little sour. still tasty though B-)

1 1/2 hour ? too long chicken will disintegrate . and instead of powder masalas/ spices I recommend fresh ground herbs n spices. tastes 1000 times better. also apply yogurt to chicken for 2to3 hours with dry spices before cooking. enhances the flavours. and 25 min to 30 min in a pressure pan or cooker is more then enough. :chef

I tried this recipe last weekend it turned out great. Next I think a couple more chili peppers. Can't wait to make it again. :-)

Tomatoes, puree and yogurt. Too much of acidity mate. Hope it wasnt that tangy.

not bad for home made , even as a master chef still lacking a secret held by the Indian culture

Generally very good. However for me it was far too salty. Next time I'll half the amount of salt, and add extra tomatoes I think. But overall pretty tasty.
