A big hit for my boyfriend and I. I might add some Tabasco if making it for myself, but as he isn't a fan of overly hot food, it's great as is. Very simple and quick to make!

It turned out good but i suggest going with raw shrimp and cook them during the rice step. This way the shrimp will have more flavor.

It turned out great....i don't like peas so I left them out. :-) I put raw shrimp in with the rice to give the shrimp more flavor!
