This is my new "go to" recipe for biscuits...they turn out great! I used a large latte coffee mug to cut out a HUGE biscuit...perfect for biscuits and gravy!

A bit sweet for our taste buds for gravy however it would be good in strawberry shortcake or cinnamon biscuits or just to add jelly and butter. Fluffy. The dough kneading was fun lol. B-)

This is my new go to recipe. I used half and half instead of milk and butter flavored shortening. The biscuits were amazing!
