Made this on Christmas...maybe the traditional fare would have been less interesting. The guests loved the change in tradition, and it was moist enough and not dried out. Good recipe. :chef

Honestly the best recipe I've made from this site. The only difference I did was to use one of the Turkey sized cooking bags. Unbelievably moist and the gravy made with the drippings was fantastic. Thank you.

one thing to add if you cook the Turkey breast down the white meat is more tender though you wont get the crunchy awesome skin on that side

This was my first ever turkey and everyone raved... Maybe its because I added a lot of white wine. :beer
