I did it! i feel accomplished lmao it doesnt look as stuck to the breas as other image but it certainly looks nice and would look great as a breakfast for guests. It takes about 5 minutes to make. I havent taste it yet so I will write what I think of thos combination later lol.UPDATE: it tasted so good but I have a few advice. It might work if you toast it so you can eat the center with the yolk and have it crispy. you can also toast the circle like I did. Also, it would be better if the yolk was hard, so you can eat this without worrying about the mess. Furthermore, you know how cool this would look as a three bread slices sandwich? it would be a middle slice with egg and OMG I HAVE TO DO A SANDWICH WITH THIS!
