Yummy. Halved the recipe and it made 6 good sized pancakes. Put fresh strawberries and cool whip on top.

Amazing! You Only Need to Freeze the Cream Cheese for About 20-30 Mins, and If You Do, You Don't Have to Use as Much. :chef :hungry

very yummy! I used whipped cream cheese and used half the amount of batter suggested and thinned them out in the pan. not as thick, but still fluffy and easier to flip ;)

These were wonderful. Very easy, I was concerned with so much cream cheese so instead of 16 oz I used 12 oz.

Tasted just like regular pancakes once you put the strawberry sauce on.

Yum! Just like cheesecake. I only used 1 8oz. Creamcheese, cut up into chunks and it was plenty. Topped them with strawberry syrup.

made these for my boyfriend the other morning, after his first bite, he looked up at me and said "how do you make the best food all the time?" High fives to you for the recipe :ohyeaah

My husband and I thought it was delicious. I used all ingredients are xcept Graham crackers. I also substituted milk for light cream and low fat cream cheese. :chef

very good, but very rich. couldn't taste the crackers. will either double or leave them out next time.

Made these this morn, Wow, fantastic. I halved the recipe cause I was only cooking for two. Got 4 big cakes from this amount. Thanks for sharing!
