this was just ok...personally I didn't like the consistency of the eggs, but others might not mind. my daughter did eat the meat, but not the egg

so easy, even my boyfriend could do it! quite yummy, although we overcooked it slightly and none of the egg yolks were runny but I cooked it longer than the suggested time so that's that.

I have made these my family loves them cause its a light breakfast. I put med salsa on the meat then the cheese then the egg. The salsa gives it a nice kick.
