My first try and it was a LOT easier than I expected once I understood sifted flour was, well, flour that has been sifted!! Came out perfect!

I substituted a can of cherry pie filling for the bananas. It turned out great. I've also used crushed pineapple. You can pretty much substitute anything. Everything i have used has turned out great so far.
