  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 1/2 tbspbutter
  5. 1 dashsalt
  6. 2 slicebread (white, wheat or rye)

    Lay 4 slices of bacon on 2 paper towels, cover with 2 paper towels. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.

    Over medium high heat, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a 6" nonstick skillet. Begin toasting 2 slices of bread.

  3. 3

    When butter is melted and is bubbling, carefully crack 2 eggs over the skillet and gently drop egg whites and yolks into butter. Egg yolks should not be broken. Discard eggshells. Season with 1 dash salt and allow to cook for approx 1 minute 15 seconds.

    Flip eggs, allow to cook an additional 45 seconds. Egg yolks should not be broken. (Flipping eggs is a gift, not a skill you can learn or a talent you can develop . If you don't have the gift, please use a spatula and be careful.)

  5. 5

    When the bread is toasted, stop whatever you're doing & immediately spread with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter, then cut in half and plate. Remove the bacon from the microwave, bacon should be crisp, plate the bacon and discard paper towels. Flip eggs once more and plate.
