Lime juice lightly drizzled on the top [intermittently as your guests feed themselves] will keep your guacamole from browning and add incredible flavor if serving uncovered. Also, placing ice in a larger bowl than your guacamole serving bowl then seating that into the ice bowl it will also help. Great recipe!
