This was an awesome dish! A couple alters, I used Tilapia instead of Flounder and for the stuffing I substituted shrimp for the crab(because I have an abundance of shrimp in my house for some reason) but its a recipe I will continue to make. Thank you!

Used egg yolk and 5tbsp mayo combo for last 5 minutes bake time for the sauce. Really good!
