I made this following the directions and ingredients exactly!! Perfect!! I made a glaze to go over it. My mom and sister (who is a chef) Loved it. Next time I think I'll try with the sour cream to taste the difference, but it's perfect as is.

This was so delicious! I used gluten free flour and added 1 tsp xanthan gum. Even with the GF flour, it held together and
tasted wonderful! I accidentally cooked at
350 degrees for about 35 minutes and
created lovely brown crusty edges. My new fav!

I didn't enjoy this recipe. The cake came out extremely dense. I have cooked several recipes on this site that have turned out well. However this isn't one of them.
