So my husband eats practically everything with tortillas, so normally he doesn't eat as much as the meal as myself because he gets full faster with the tortillas.....not only did he eat all of the tortillas, but he ate every bit of food that was on the plate!! For good measure, he also licked the plate at the end haha!! This was amazing, with me using roasted garlic bread crumbs instead of the corn flake breading. Will definitely be making again!!

I changed the ingredients...I did chicken stuffing and seasoned the chicken with adobo (Goya) sazon and pepper. followed ur cooking instructions and a side salad....delish...thank u for the idea !!! :excited

My version which I've been making for awhile! I add sour cream with my cream cheese, garlic, lemon pepper and parsley for color! I either use crushed crackers or crushed plain potatoe chips for coating! This one has crushed chips! yummy!!!
