SOOO good! Adjusted the amount of ingredients for one serving (2 slices) and added a bit of cinnamon with powdered sugar. Yummy! ~(o.o)~

Awesome recipe for a simple, sweet breakfast! Perfect for sharing. Easy to reduce for less people and definitely something you can easily add fruit or nuts to. Will be making this again :hungry

Here's my take on stuffed french toast, 1st we cut 2-1 1/2 slices of brioche loaf and cut a circle in the middle of one slice dunk both slices in butter milk and cinnamon with 1 beaten egg mixture then make 1 poached egg and place in the middle and grill for 15min, on both sides and wala, add bacon and blue berries and ENJOY. .... :chef

really yummy. wer I live we call it egg toast and usually just make it with eggs milk and salt. so this is a nice twist. I also put some cinnamon and maple syrup on mine absolutely yum!
