love this if u don't want tortilla to crispy you can also bake it. just heat oven to 325 for 12-13 min I like them a little more bite sized as appetizers and they look gorgeous so I cut small circles of the tortilla and put it in a cupcake baking sheet. the kids love it :-)

These are quick and very tasty. I baked mine at 350 for 20 mins. as said in one of the comments. I like these bc each person can have their own little version instead of all having to agree on one. Will keep on rotation for sure!

I just made this today. I made some variations on the toppings though... Like instead of tomato sauce, i used a sweet style spaghetti sauce. My kid loves it! He's chomping on his 3rd pizza as of the moment... Thank you for this recipe! :chef
