Great crust, thanks Tinklee. I was needing a quick crust not using fancy stuff like egg or vinegar, and one not needing to rest in fridge, etc. I had 3-4 cups red seedless grapes to use up quick or they go bad, I put grapes in a bowl, crushed a few in my hand, added one handful flour and one and a half handful sugar, mixed and put into bottom crust, added top crust, baked at 325F until golden and some juice bubbling thru slits in top crust. Really delicious! Never throw out old-ish fruit! Even if mixed (couple peaches, a pear, couple kiwis, whatever) put in a crust and bake it! If you don't like it, you were going to toss it out anyway! The birds will gladly take it if you don't like the pie!

Tasted good. We accidentally used this for one bottom crust not seeing that it was for two crusts; top and bottom. Also had to use more water than indicated to make it all stick together. But it worked for a pumpkin pie, where we were short on time to refrigerate or bake the crust ahead of time. Served it's purpose and the pie got eaten for Thanksgiving. Other than the thickness due to our mistake, folks said it was "pretty descent".
