Great recipe that was fun to make Christmas Morning! Had to keep finished Santa's in the freezer or their hats would fall off though. Definitely making again next year!

Too cute! My daughter spotted this recipe and wanted to make these for Santa this year instead of cookies. Simple enough that she did most of the work. Turned out adorable and Santa loved them ;-) :-)

I read some of the reviews. I sliced off the green top to let them stand on flat bottoms. not to much now. don't waste the strawberry. and don't gut out the strawberry. honestly I think that much cheese filling is just gross. I used marshmallow dip and cream cheese for filling. I preferred the changes and no one at my party complained. :santa

So easy & fun. I used a Jello brand no bake cheesecake mix for the filling & blue candy sprinkles for the eyes. My cousin, who's birthday is 12/23 has requested these in place of a cake next year.

I used honey cream cheese and it came out great. I'm sure pineapple cream cheese would be good too.
