I just necked the vodka neat whilst chewing random handfuls of skittles.....easier, quicker, different taste each time AND i got smashed!!! Cheers!

Very good idea, will have to make some ready for Christmas day. Thank you (X_X)

Everyone needs to try SOUR Skittles. WOW same flavor just a hint of pucker.

DivaDee @cook_2796397
This was cute at first since all the vodka came out in bright colors but I truly didn't see the point in it next time I will just go and buy flavored vodka I'm not that cheap I'm drinking the vodka to get Nice!.... not to for the rainbow affect for all that go get none sweeter koolaid powder the tiny packs and mixed it in Ur vodka for that bright color affect. on a real note I'm 24 not a child the bright colors R not that appealing not worth waiting days waiting for skittles to desolve.

Looking forward to making these in the future...only, how long do we leave them in the fridge for, like 3 days???
o_O sounds great though!

I totally loved the taste of every color! I used absolute vodka, the straining process is a pain, but worth ít, for a party especially! Allotta commpliments!

I prefer using Jolly Ranchers. Skittles are good but the only part with flavor to it is the outside coating.

Shelby22 @cook_2973773
another way to do it or at least the way I was taught was to use MT.Dew, kool-aid, and vodka... it is amazing, can't taste the alcohol at all, and it will put you on your A$$

Word of warning, this stuff is really tasty! And that's all I remember from the first and last time I tried it... Make sure to take it slow, it's very easy to drink too much, too quickly. I definitely recommend it though, just in moderation!

This I good comes out a little thick though TRY JOLLY RANCHERS its great.

yum but they didnt last long in my house hahaha merry christmas :present

So good. Sometimes I take yellow skittle and soak them in water till they trun white and fillter them before adding the vodka that way you can have a whiteish color then follow as directed and then add some 7 up. :excited

chellebelle59923 @cook_3184859
sounds fantastic, I have to try, love vodka and skittles so this should be great. B-)

Maia @cook_3500579
Absolutely love it! Accidentally poured the entire bag in & it ended up looking like river water but it tasted good! Lol! ;-)

I've done this several times, I used Phillips Vodka 1.75L it has has a filter on the bottle, which can be removed. Also if you just leave the Skittles in the bottle they will completely dissolve, eliminating the coffee filter step. Also works great with Lemon Drops.

mandy92 @cook_3587647
Divadee, its for flavor and color.... if you're not, "that cheap" then go out and buy a cookbook so you can complain about those recipes....

melsbels @cook_3619582
Yum! This is even good with all flavors mixed together, though not as pretty. Its dangerously delicious (X_X)

southernn__belle @cook_3858313
Amazing
I've tried it before an it was delicious!! Making a bottle of it now. I mixed all the colors this time :excited

You can also do this with clear beer like Smirnoff ice. add a couple skittles to bottle of beer but take a couple sips first because it will fizz up!

va rose @cook_3940307
