doesn't look as pretty as yours but it was delicious, I added green peppers, red onions and white beans in with the meat. super tasty. want to do one around Christmas and call it a taco wreath with tomoatoes and peppers around the crescent.

I mixed the tomatoes and corn (I used grill roasted corn off the cob) in with meat mixture. Also added green and hot peppers. I baked it in a spring form pan with a ramikin in the center to hold it's shape.
