This is per the recipe except the 8 x8 pan(need to get more). Everyone enjoyed it. However, don't add more ketchup than the recipe calls for. You won't have 'brown gravy' if you do. I'll cut it in half next time. Still, it was good.

This has become a staple in my kitchen! I use the powdered gravy packets, and it thickens as it cooks in the oven. I also add diced green peppers sometimes too. ☺

Loved it!!! Simple to make with ingredients that are always on hand. Reminded me of the salisbury steak I had as a kid....delicious and absolute comfort food. Was enjoyed by the whole fam - can't wait to make again (L)
