It was good. To much onion for me but I'll omit them next time. I added a cup of cheddar cheese too which made it good. Will make again.

if you add 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese instead of the other and a little chili powder to it..OMG MAKE YOUR TOUNGUE BEAT YOUR BRAINS OUT!! lol..its that good and my mother has always called that version "Zucchini Spoon Bread" Awesome recipe ~(o.o)~ :hungry
