We've been cooking it this way for years, l had to, it was the only way I could get the kids to eat cabbage!! We also add a little garlic gently fried in butter 😆

I used 3 small cabbages and chopped up a hamsteak and fried it with jalapeno peppers,onions,smashed garlic. I used green seasoning a dash of sugar to bring out the liquid and take away bitter taste and lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning. I like spice [ok]
