Turned out pretty good, but it ended up getting kinda thick because of all the rice and the potatoes broke down. Not sure if that was supposed to happen. Ended up using 2 pots because the 2 pounds of beef yielded 32 meatballs and I ended up using 2 packets of Goya as well. Next time I'll use less rice.
