  2. 4carrots (thinly sliced)
  3. 1onion (thinly sliced)
  4. 1 tspsea salt
  5. 12 tspblack pepper (ground)
  6. 12 tspground cumin
  7. 14 tspground turmeric
  8. 1/2 headcabbage, cut in pieces

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Cook the carrots and onion in the hot oil about 5 minutes.

    Stir in the salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, and cabbage and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 20 minutes
