love the flavor, but following the recipe to a "T" I personally think there isn't a lot there. so next time I will be quadrupling the amounts. these are going to be an awesome pre-workout item.

healthy and delicious! my hard to please mum gave me full points for this. even my daughter and colleagues loved them.

Ginabelle @cook_2819421
These turned out awesome! My 3yo especially loves them. Was a great snack, immediately took the hunger pangs away. But I might revamp some because they are super high calorie/fat, between the chocolate, peanut butter, and the coconut. ~(o.o)~ Def very yummy.

yummy awesomeness! I substituted 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts and dried fruit for the 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. tastes so good... and just the thing I need when I come in from my run or after a workout. thankies!

KitKatCooking @cook_2869257
Very good! I did sugar free chocolate chips and sugar free honey to make it sugar free. =^.^= I am a diabetic so it works for me that way.

Llarzabal @cook_2885293
Added some protein powder and it's a perfect on the go bar! The only way I could think to make them better was to melt some chocolate chips and drizzle it over the bars once they were chilled and cut. So good!

I've been trying to get my boyfriend to eat breakfast. He loves these! Easy to grab and eat on his way to work. to change it up you can substitute peanut butter for other nut butters and other flavors of chips.

Nocoho @cook_2931706
I love this recipe, I make it constantly! I have been adding cocoa nibs instead of chocolate chips to make them healthier. One of my go to recipes for snacks!

Tapufam @cook_2992457

Thank you so much for this simple, yet delightful recipe. I own a coffee shop and I have a few customers who are into health and fitness. I tried this at home and when I tastes it while mixing, I absolutely loved it. I'm now naming a large tray 3 times a week and they go like hotcakes. For anyone leading a busy lifestyle, let those of you who train....trg this recipe. It's spying, nutritious and easy to make. Thank you once again. I added protein powder to this and replaced the chic chips with fixed almonds and dried cranberries and also added a little crushed corn flakes for some crunch.

Delicious!! To make this less sweet you can use all natural unsweetened peanut butter, and unsweetened coconut.

jbyrd1966 @cook_3411686
I substituted Grape Nuts cereal for the oatmeal .did not put coconut because I'm not a fan of coconut at all otherwise I think it tastes really good

jenisis06512 @cook_3418506
love it!!! changing the chips flavor and adding cranberries....making them all the time

jollylady @cook_3448389
I used nutella and didn't have any coconut, but they turned out very good. I added the toasted coconut second time and used Biscoff spread and almond butter with both milled flax and toasted wheat germ. It's very good that way too! Many variations! :nod

Kristin Thorn @cook_3516814

I've made this several times and keep changing it around too. This is a very simple and delicious snack.

mommycancook @cook_3649145

Kristina Clark @cook_3735165
Made with caramel almond butter I had on hand & left out coconut & they are delicious. Next time will toast oats tho cause I like the nutty flavor you get from toasting them.

rick.holden.9 @cook_3770375
these are great, I used chunky peanut butter and carob chips, and added dried cranberries.

rwalauski @cook_3790891
They Were okay. not something I will probably make again and if I do I think I would change it up quite a bit.

ryno17 @cook_3792407
Excellent recipe! I can add a scope of whey protein for inexpensive and easy protein bars. :-)

taylor68 @cook_3895763
These are my husbands favorite snack to take to work. Just the right sweetness and filling because of the oats. Yum!

tjo @cook_3916921
