love the fact you add coffee. I make a chocolate truffle that adds 2 tsp of coffee. You would be amazed how it enhances the chocolate flavor.

2 cups of sugar is too much, my cake didn't rise and was grainy on the top, will try again with less sugar perhaps 1 cup.
