I added some seasoning to the panko. Also, put the heat on just over medium. They came out pretty good! Very crispy and not too soggy.

I also added onion powder, garlic powder and just a piece of cayenne paper to my chicken and I seasoned the panko. My son really enjoyed it. The recipe is a keeper!

so yummy and so easy & i don't cook! i added parmesan & garlic powder to the panko & loved it! am confused by the instruction to drain on paper towel-maybe i just used less oil. i'm a believer! can't wait to try another recipe! wahoo!
